Dr. Madana Kumar is an experienced professional with close to 32 years of experience in various industries at senior levels. He is currently the Senior Director and Global Head of Learning and development at a midsize IT services company (UST Global). In this role he is working on shaping the learning strategy of the growing organisation to create and nurture a Learning culture in the organisation. His most recent assignment was as an Associate Director at IBM Corporation, in charge of Learning and Development of IBM employees in 170 countries across the globe including India.
