Servant Leadership : Why is it not so popular in today's Churches?

History shows that Leaders have traditionally used Power, Authority, Wealth, Might, Intelligence, Inheritance, Good looks, Doctrines, Hatred, fanaticism etc etc to rule over people, and to influence the followers. Jesus Christ broke the rule and set up a totally different example for Leadership When he said "You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. Not so with you.
